MY MOTHER HAS BEEN THERE 3 TIMES, WORSE EACH TIME. SHE INSISTED ON GOING BACK. ON A FRIDAY EVENING ONLY 2 CNA'S, 2 NURSES FOR THE WHOLE FACILITY! PEOPLEM WERE FALLING DUE TO NO STAFF. I MUST SAY THE STAFF THAT WERE THERE WERE KILLING THEMSELVES TRYING TO DO EVERYTHING. PLEASE DON'T PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT PLACE, SHE HAS ONLY BEEN THERE 2 DAYS!!

When we walked it at Manor Care it smelled an overwhelming smell of urine. It's more like, 'put him in here and stick him in the bed and go out of the way'. We only met the lady who ran the place and gave the tour and the lady who was in charge.
