My husband was at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of City View. They took good care of him, and he got a lot better in that two-and-a-half weeks. They worked with him every day for several hours a day, and he is now doing very well. He got to order what he wanted to eat every day, and he said he liked it.

This place is an absolute nightmare! My wife was admitted on a Friday evening and so began the journey. The shared room smelled of urine, and not real clean. There was no therapy offered on the weekend. The food was cold and inedible and call buttons were not answered for a long while. The so-called nursing staff is basically nonexistent. When looking for a nurse they were usually found at their stations playing on their phones. My wife was beginning to have hallucinations from the medications and had to be transferred to an ER. She is refusing to return to that despicable place.
