Casa De Bellamie Assisted Living Home exceeded our price a little bit, but the place was really nice. The assistant who helped and toured us was extremely helpful in finding out different things about Medicare and Medicaid and how their system works. It was very nice of her. She was very informative and very knowledgeable. The place looked really clean. They have a kitchen, and we were told they provide them with three meals a day. They would either share a bedroom or have a private room, so that's where the price moved. The bathrooms, the kitchen, the huge patio, and the dining area looked really clean too. They have an activity calendar. They do the housekeeping and clean the rooms of the residents.

I visited this facility with my friend, because he wanted to see how his grandfather was doing and to check out the condition of the facility he was living in,the facility was in good condition, and was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the care his grandfather was receiving, his grandfather said, that he likes it there because it feels like home. His bedroom was nice, clean, safe and comfortable. His appearance was clean and neat.Residents look and sound happy and well take care of.We learned that the residents there are usually busy with the activities they have for them. The staff are caring and treat the residents with respect, and there's a lot of interaction between the staff and the residents. The facility itself was nice and clean, the common area was well kept and easy to get around in and with good lighting, the parking area for the visitors is in good size.I left with a good impression about this facility.

We checked out The Forest Assisted Living facility while we were in the El Paso area as an option for our aunt. It looked lovely from the exterior -- with lots of lush, well-tended greenery. The greeting area was nicely designed with beautiful furnishings, as was the rest of the facility. We really liked how comfortable it looked for the residents, who seemed to be enjoying themselves. Every room was well-thought out and easy to navigate. We were told that the residents are offered a variety of activities to choose from here -- including exercise classes, crafts, movies and music. They have regular social events and also visit the local area to enjoy everything that El Paso has to offer. The dining room was comfortable and offered a variety of menu options. Residents may also put in special requests which the chef accommodates and they will also cook for private parties. The varied levels of residents here all seemed very well taken care of and content, by kind and caring staff.
