"We are living in Montevista de Coronado. It provides everything to those who are really disabled. The company provides the transportation. The meals, which include breakfast, noon, and supper, are provided by the facility. We are very happy with the food. The evening meal has three main courses, which usually have about 5 different vegetables and desserts. There are a great deal of activities provided for us. There is something going on every day. The rooms are very nice. We have a three-room apartment. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, and because our children are visiting, we provide a spare bedroom, and they are quite large. It is in a pretty much secluded area. It is claimed to be a 5-star facility and I will rate it as such. "

"We visited Solstice Senior Living at Rio Norte, and they said they'd get back to me with information about prices and all that, but they never did. I tried to go back and ask someone, but there was no one who could provide any more information. We really liked them very much, and we were contemplating it at first, but they never reached out at all. We were having a lot of back-and-forth miscommunication. The facilities were great. The restaurant, the meal options, and all the amenities they had for the residents were very good. The facilities caught our eye, and the community itself, but there's a lack of communication. They seem a little bit uninformed about the place. It could improve maintenance and cleanliness."

"We had a very good impression of The View at Montecillo because it's not a very old place. Things were fairly new, and it's not suffering from repairs or maintenance. They had an event room where people can gather, have conversation, and enjoy coffee. They had a room with a very large screen television and a nice comfortable sitting area. They had an exercise room with well-equipped equipment, a pool room, and a heated swimming pool. The hostess was very courteous, friendly, accommodating, answered our questions very thoroughly, and gave us a follow-up call. It was a pleasant experience. The cleaning lady seemed to be doing a good job. It's a nice looking facility."

"I'm moving in here. It's a duplex with a two-car garage. None of the others that we saw were like that, that's why we picked that plus it's only two miles away, so it's not a big move. They've got a swimming pool and a gym, but there's a gym a quarter of a mile away and there's a YMCA swimming pool and that's less than a mile away. We are just trying to move in, so we don't know what's all available. We know we got a maid. The maid's been over cleaning and they've been painting and all kinds of stuff. This housing unit is 4 years old and there are only four units that are duplex. It's a small one. Then they have apartments and other stuff on their facility, but we are kind of on the edge of the facility. They have a dining area available. We are not on any food plan or anything like that. We got our own kitchen and we'll cook our own stuff mostly. We didn't really have a tour. We went over there, looked at where we'd be staying and then we looked at an apartment if we wanted a two-bedroom apartment, but we didn't like that. They were good. They weren't perfect, but they had two salespeople and they answered questions and stuff like that. They didn't do a big selling job trying to sell us or anything because it just became available. There were four parties wanting it and the one that put the money down was the one that got it, so that was us. I didn't see anything wrong with anybody. There were areas you're not allowed into because of Covid, so it's not like you can just go through and tour it. They're very cautious about that. There was only one place open and that's the one we got, and it was in very good shape and a lady lived in there. They were very cooperative. They're painting and they did all kinds of stuff. They moved the thermostat, so we could put our television in a certain area. I'm going to put my electric car power charger in the garage and I'm getting somebody to install it for me. They don't have any problem with that."
