"I'm in Peachtree Village Retirement. The safety is wonderful. The staff is wonderful. They take good care of you and they don't interfere with your life in any way. They serve three meals a day. They have different things that they have periodically, but I don't really participate in some of those because I'm happy just being in my room, and I write and do different things. They have all kinds of things individually with each person. It's very conducive to having different times of doing different things. The food is wonderful. The facility is excellent. I've been here for a while, and I really can't say that there's anything detrimental. I've really been very pleased in all angles."

"I am a resident of Sunny Acres Senior Center, and the best thing is the price. They have a studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The studio apartments are $300 a month. The one-bedroom is $500, and the two-bedroom is $700, and that includes all utilities. It's in separate buildings, and a lot of them have ten apartments in the building. They all have separate entrances. Each building has a laundry facility and washers and dryers, and those are free for us to use. They are locked after 4:00 in the afternoon and usually about 8:30, but now it's almost 11 because winter is so cold, they don't open them until we get above freezing. So we've had a little less use of the laundry facility. There are some covered parking, and I have covered parking, and that's an additional $15 a month. There are lots of little walking paths between the units and up and down the street. We're close to everything, and it's easy to go grocery shopping. Where we live is one of the main streets, so you can go from one end of town to the other in five minutes. It's easy to get around. They have a maintenance staff, and I have no complaints about the facility. They're not luxury apartments, but they were clean before we moved."

"We’re very satisfied with everything we’ve had to do with Emeritus at Roswell. We’ve had good cooperation from the management, and we are well settled in right now. It is very nice. The food could be better, but it is good. "
