"The VA hired Matrix Home Care Services of New Mexico for Dad. The agency is good. The care depends on the individual givers. We've had a couple of them and they've mostly been really good. Overall, we've been very pleased with the agency. They assist with his activities of daily living. We picked the schedule and that's worked out well."
