Wish I could give 0 stars. Extremely disappointed in the care that this company provided for my very elderly father. They did well during his treatment but ended up lying to us about his insurance no longer covering services but come to find out from his doctors office that they refused to continue his treatment and felt too "intimidated" to contact any of his 3 daughters to discuss his care, despite that they speak to one of us several times per week. There have never been any threats nor a reason to feel intimidated. All very confusing. The staff were nice to our face and made small talk and then went back to their director and complained of my father's home. For a company that works with elderly people that have cognitive deficits, they were not understanding and lied to us. If so concerned about his home, it should have been addressed with family. Wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
