Matrix Home Care Services of New Mexico provided wonderful care to my nana in her final days. Nana's dementia made her tough to handle at times. The Matrix nurses, therapists, and caregivers were incredibly patient, understanding , and flexible. The new administrator handled and concerns that popped up, and answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. My whole family would recommend Matrix Home Care Service of New Mexico for families needing assistance with a loved one.

The VA hired Matrix Home Care Services of New Mexico for Dad. The agency is good. The care depends on the individual givers. We've had a couple of them and they've mostly been really good. Overall, we've been very pleased with the agency. They assist with his activities of daily living. We picked the schedule and that's worked out well.

Matrix professionals did excellent with my aunt. Management cares about their employees and what is going on with each patient. I would recommend Matrix for the care of your love ones.

The staff was very understanding and courteous regarding our needs and helped get my grandma's wounds healed and always communicated with our family regarding her care. We were educated regarding the different medications my grandma was prescribed. The nurses would show up on the day and time that was given to us the week before. I would personally like to thank the entire staff for the time they took to explain the treatment that was being done at that time. I would recommend Matrix Home Care to anyone. Fantastic Job!!!

My mother is a previous patient of Matrix and our experience was absolutely wonderful. The Nurses, physical Therapist and office staff were very helpful. The nurses always arrived on time and provided excellent care to my mother. Matrix was always responsive even after hours when my mother was feeling ill, a nurse came out to see her to make sure she was ok. The nurses also were very accomadating when we had doctors appointments. I would highly recomment Matrix Home Health to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones.

This homecare company is very loyal to their patients. I had my mother in law in this company and she couldn't be any more happier. Their office staff is willing to help, their licensed personnel in the field are so caring as well. We have been very pleased.

The worst home health company I've ever encountered. The owner is rude and abrasive and is all about money and could care less about the patients. She tried to force my mom into keeping services after my mom didn't want them any more. I would never ever recommend Matrix to anyone!!!

She’s had a very good experience with Matrix Home Care. She needs physical therapists and nurses helping out with her wound care but she doesn’t need personal services. She likes them very much. They’re always on time. She is very satisfied.
