Social worker Martha and weekend administrator Marla attempted to discharge my family member from this facility to unlivable conditions with no power and no provider set up to attend to my family member who requires a provider be available 7 days a week. This was gross negligence on their part. When questioned about why this was happening and when my family member would be discharged Marla spoke to me in a very condescending tone and refused to allow me to speak with the social worker whose job it is to properly plan a discharge and ensure the safety of my family member. Please think twice before using this facility!

My mother was there for rehabilitation after her TKR. Nice staff and physical therapy, but NO COMMUNICATION. My mother has an HMO, so they told her within 48 hours of her discharge. NO call to the family, which they were asked to do so, no follow up call from the PT department or social work. When I tried to ask if it was safe for my mother to be alone at home NO ONE COULD GIVE ME AN ANSWER. The admissions employee was really nice and tried to help, but unfortunately, communication is everything. We will NOT consider this place for her second surgery.

I chose Clairmont Beaumont because it had a secured all women Alzheimer's unit. I had taken a tour and I was very impressed. It was a large place. The staff was pleasant and all of the residents seemed to be very content. They had an on-staff physician and psychiatrist so they could monitor her behavior. They had a separate activity room and they had a schedule for the activities. They had a day room where they do craft. I am very pleased and my mom would move in tomorrow.

I chose Clairmont because my mother was there before and the price was within her range of income. The staff was pretty nice. They kept the place neat and clean. I have not tried the food they served. I had no serious issues with the facility.
