I toured one of Carriage House Inn's apartments and I was impressed. I'm on a waiting list. The apartment was very spacious. They have light housekeeping coming in once a week and that's included in $1745. The staff who toured me was very informative and explained things to the fullest. They gave me a big folder with all the information and what's covered and everything. The staff was very good and very professional.

We chose Carriage House Inn for Mom because it was very nice and very clean. The residents were nice, and so was the staff. They're very helpful and very caring. If she doesn't like what they have on the menu she can opt out, and there are other choices as well. She goes to bible study and church. They have a salon, an outdoor area, and an activity room. They have a large living meeting room with a television, and they sometimes have live music.

I thought Carriage House Inn was very clean, and everyone there was very nice. It looked very good. They just do not have any openings now, and we need to move fast. Everything was very clean and very nice. The person who gave me the tour was very friendly and informative. The dining area was very clean.

The one that I would probably move into would be the Carriage House. I like this place with the exception that they have individual full apartments and they are separate from the main place. To go eat, you have to leave your facility, go outside and walk over to the main house. That was the only drawback to it. The prices are much better. They are about $300 to $400 a month cheaper than the other place. They have several different apartments. They have studio apartment, one-bedroom standard, one-bedroom large, two-bedroom standard, and two-bedroom large. I looked at the one-bedroom large and it was quite nice. I looked at the dining areas, the exercise room, and their community room. It’s $1400 a month but that was with one meal a day and $1500 a month for three meals. It is all one-story. They have daily activities.

My mom is at Carriage House Inn. We are very, very pleased with the home, the staff, and the administrators. We are ecstatic about the whole thing, and she is doing very well. The staff is very caring and loving. They give my mother all her medications. She is very happy with the food. They have huge calendar of activities. They have two or three things going on every day. They had a beautiful Christmas party for the all families. They take them out on Fridays to restaurants and for shopping. We are very happy.
