"I liked the location of Franklin Manor - Winchester TN. The facility was very inviting and very light. There was lots of sunlight coming in. The staff who assisted us with the tour was very friendly and referred to residents by name. I was there when they were serving the food, and it looked inviting and smelled good. They had several different areas where you could congregate, small and large. They had laundry facilities. If the residents wanted to do their own laundry, they could. Or they could have it done by staff. They had a great front porch and they also had a courtyard."

"Brookdale Tullahoma was nice but it was too far away to travel back and forth to visit. The rooms were nice but they seemed like they were a little bit smaller than the other places that I had visited. The staff was real friendly, nice and helpful. We stayed and ate lunch with them and the food was real good. "

"My mom will be moving into McArthur Manor. It is very friendly, very clean, and updated. They seem to have a lot of people on staff that would care. I like the fact that their nurses are on staff 24/7, and that way there's someone there with a little bit of knowledge health-wise. The place is very nice. They have a beautiful outdoor space with a covered area and a waterfall around a pond. It is very nice and very peaceful. My mom likes that."

"I felt like the staff at Lincoln Manor-Fayetteville, TN was very professional. The facilities were quite beautiful actually, and they had a nice dining room staff, and a good dietary program for the residents. They seemed like they had a lot of activities for the residents as well. The dining area was bright and open. It seemed like it was very spacious with extremely good lighting. It had high ceilings, so it was very inviting."
