My mom moved into Bailey Manor - Winchester. My mom needed more assistance and help with things, and they provided all that. It's a smaller facility. The ratio of employees to residents is smaller, so they get better care. We're very pleased with them. The staff members have been very attentive to my mom. They have three meals a day and snacks. My mom doesn't always want to get up early in the morning, so they will save her food, warm it up, and bring it to her when she wants it. She gets a lot of extra attention. My mom likes the food. She's happy with it, and we're happy with it. It's fresh food, not frozen. They have activities like people coming in and singing. They have a few little things for them to do. They have a preacher come in one day a week. My mom's room is very nice. She's in a private room with a private bath. She's got plenty of space for stuff. The rate is comparable with other places for the extra care that my mom is getting, and it's worth it.

The employees truly care about the residents. My mom has been here for a couple of years, I have never had a problem. They go out of their way to pay individual attention to each resident. They are patient and kind with all of them. The food is good and the facilities are clean and cheerful. My mom has a private room with a bath. They do something for every holiday. I’m so lucky to have found Bailey Manor.

As a provider I regularly see residents in this facility and the care is excellent. All of the staff welcome you and make you feel part of the family. It feel like home. Food is excellent.

One of my clients from Huntsville stayed at this facility. It was only about a 30 minute drive away from HSV, and it was well worth it. The facility was far enough away from the city to avoid the noise and pollution - but close enough for the family of my client to visit every weekend with no problem. I would come during the weekdays to check up on my client, and it was a very nice facility - inside and out. My client was very happy here with no complaints, which is what matters the most. He told me that the food and staff were great, and everyone kept to themselves and no drama ever got started here. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in the Huntsville / North Alabama area.
