Very scary experience. White Oak is seriously understaffed which can put your loved one in danger . My mother was in for rehab . Her blood pressure went up to 204/55 , we pressed the button for a nurse and after 45 minutes of no one showing up I searched the halls and was told to wait until the nurse was free . BP over 180 is in serious danger of stroke and they showed zero care . We called an EMS and her transferred back to the hospital. The staff acted like we were at fault and offered zero assistance addressing this medical emergency. The night before my mother sat in a soaking wet urine puddle of a bed for 2.5 hours before they changed her bedding . I was scared for my loved one and hope no one has to use this facility . They showed zero care for health or cleanliness.

My mom stayed at White Oak At North Grove Inc for rehab. Most of the staff is very good. The staff that assisted my mom every day was extremely good and helpful. I have not eaten the food but my mom seems to like it, so I would say it's pretty decent. The facility is very clean. They have bingo. They do arts and crafts. They do nail painting. They have musicians come in. It's a little pricey. I felt welcomed whenever I visited my mom, and everybody was very friendly.

I toured White Oak at North Grove. It's a neat facility, more modern, and updated. I only got to talk to a couple of staff. The one that I met was their admissions team, and they're very knowledgeable. They have a courtyard. The place was very clean. There are lots of doctors' offices nearby and a few restaurants.
