I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. They played a large part in my father's death. I don't think they realized that his cognitive skills were as good as ever; therefore he was able to tell us what was happening when we finally were able to talk to him. By the time we figured out what they were doing to him and took him out, he was so weak that he wasn't able to recover. He died a few weeks later. I'm just so grateful that he was able to spend those last few weeks at home with his family.

This website is very misleading. My Mom will need temporary care and she will not be staying here. They have three patients to a room and no linens available to change the beds. Patients are literally sleeping on the mattress in very unsanitary conditions. There are also no wash cloths available to properly clean the patients

A family member had to come to this Rehab Facility due to lack of beds at other locations. It paints a great picture on line, but not in real life. It is an old facility in need of renovation but we did not have a choice at the time due to lack of options. The staff knew the date that he was supposed to be released however, items that would be required at home, oxygen, hospital bed, etc., was not in place as we were told they would be. On his day of release, he was having some additional issues that required him to go back to a regular hospital. I was told that they would have emergency oxygen available for him that night if he was released from the hospital. I never received a phone call and it was not available. This resulted in him having to stay in the hospital until these items could be delivered a week later. He was not properly cared for as he was bedridden and his adult diaper was not changed as it should be which resulted in a rash. The Administrator of this facility never returned a phone call although messages were left. I wish I could right a better review, however, I would not ever recommend this facility.

The staff at Magnolia Manor are kind and caring. They have a clean workspace and a very productive staff. I believe the staff were fully capable to perform their job, and I would even trust myself in their hands.

I visited Magnolia Manor and they seemed to do a very good job. They were very professional in all of what they did and the people were very helpful too. The rooms seemed very good as well. Their dining room looked very good, clean and well organized. Everything was professionally done.
