While the nursing staff was good, case manager (Susan) and in-house physician were dishonest and well versed in double speak in regards to their patient communications They do not have the patient's care and interest at heart. Avoid this place if you have other options

My mother-in-law was at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greenville. It was clean and welcoming. It was good. I didn't get to encounter the staff as much. They were not nearby or available. It's not that they didn't do a good job, but I felt like it was a little more difficult to find them. They did, however, three hours a day of rehabilitating exercises, card games, and group sessions. They kept them very engaged. The facility was brand new.

My wife stayed at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greenville for rehab. The personnel were very well qualified, very polite, and took very good care of whatever your issues were. They were there to take care of you. During discharge day, they gave me all the information we needed regarding the services that they had given to her progress reports and things of that nature. They were they were top-notch. My wife mainly had physical therapy. I did not try the food, but the meals looked very nourishing in proportions. I thought everything they were doing was top-notch. The facility was very neat, very well-designed, and professionally handled. The activities that I saw, were all very well managed.
