"Finding a facility for a loved one is not an easy journey and also not a lot of reviews to gain knowledge when doing all your research. Started in July 2020 contacting over 10 different facilities in the community getting pricing and understanding care levels they offer to see if a loved one can age in place. In January 2021 we were ready to make a decision. Care Partners was one of the few facilities that returned calls quickly, set up tours quickly (during Covid-19) and wanted to help make accommodations for loved one. We toured 4 facilities and loved chose this location. A mature building nestled in a magnificent wooded area filled with wildlife and kind loving caregivers. Petti provided me her cell phone and was great returning text the week of move in even when she was on vacation. Our Loved one’s body over heats and during our tour we asked about installing a ceiling fan to help him stay cool. The day of move it was installed early in the morning. Staff welcomed him with gifts and card. They allowed us to install extra grab bars in bathroom as our loved one is super high fall risk. Also got the cell number of assistant director who has also been very helpful during the transition including coming on Saturday to great him on his first day. They have been extremely helpful during moving in with questions and requests. The loved one has been there now for a few months and really likes the smaller building he selected and feels well taken care of. I would highly recommend Care Partners for their exceptional customer service when getting a loved one placed and for the kind loving staff working."

"I toured Stoney River Assisted Living & Memory Care. They were very welcoming. They wanted to know what his needs were and how they could support that. They were very nice. They showed us around. The staff was friendly. It was very clean and spacious. The rooms were large and bright. They had gathering places for families and the residents. It was very community-like."

"The Waterford at Wisconsin Rapids was nice. The staff was friendly. Everyone was incredibly nice. The place was beautiful. They have a lot of different activities that the memory care residents can do all the time. They have a lot of little rooms with specific things that residents enjoy. It was great. That was our top choice."

Cedar Ridge Elder Services LLC is a locally owned and operated Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). Our residents heavily use our beautiful courtyard in warm weather. We offer air conditioning, with phone and TV connection in all rooms. Televisions are located in common areas for residents to join together and enjoy programs. A small aviary and aquarium allow residents to enjoy birds and fish year-round. A resident monitoring system will alert staff when a resident leaves the building. Cedar Ridge prides itself in the ability to handle a wide variety of behaviors sometimes involved with Alzheimer's and dementia. "Acorn Hill is one of my favorite facilities. It's a very personable, upbeat, and just cheery. We just loved this facility. I thought that the staff there was extremely friendly and professional. The dining room is decorated nicely, very stylish, and clean. The rooms were of fairly good size. I would definitely recommend them. "

"Cedar Creek Manor II has been great, and it's just what my parents needed. There's a whole lot more assistance that they get because there's a much higher staff to resident ratio. There's one staff person for every four residents, and they're wonderful. I have a cousin living there as well. The food is great. They have exercise classes, Bingo, board games, they decorated Christmas trees and cookies, they had entertainers coming in, sing-alongs, religious activities, Catholic rosary a couple times a month, worship services on the weekend, and they have Catholic mass on Sunday mornings in the TV room. It's a community based residential facility, and they're licensed for heavy care, which means people who need a lot more care than just an assisted living place. In the morning, they have people who come into their room and get them up, clean them up, dress them, and help them go to the dining room for breakfast and to the activities. They have lots of help far more than what you'd get in an assisted living situation. You certainly get what you pay for."

"I toured Cedar Creek Manor I. The facility was clean and they had activities for my father. The person giving the tour was one of the owners and it was very nice talking directly to her. Things that didn't impress me were a communal bathroom. They had activities for the seniors there. The staff was very friendly. The other staff came by and said hello. The residents seem to be happy. They had their room and it was smaller, but they didn't need that much room."

"I visited my sister while she was here getting over a leg injury she was in bed for 7 weeks the home was very nice and clean the staff was friendily enough but for the amount of money this placed cost per week was really something that you might except at a much larger more fancy place but it was what it was and my sister got the care she needed the room was smaller than you would like to see.we were able to have dinner with her or lunch when ever we wanted to that was nice we were able to spend as much time with her as we could and really there was no time that we could not see her the staff was nice and took along time with my sisiter seeing that she was very over weight and was not used to having all kinds of strangers around here.the setting was nice if you liked to be out in the country it was very quiet and pretty but it was a ways out there if you needed to get a ambulance there in a hurry but there was never a need for that while my sister was there "

"My mother is at Copperleaf Memory Care of Schofield. We chose it because of its location, availability, and services. I am very pleased. The staff are excellent. It is new and it is very nice, but they are lacking some storage in the bathroom. It is very clean."

"My wife is at Pride Tlc Therapy And Living Campus. They take really good care of her over there, and the meals are pretty decent, too. It's clean and nice. It's super inside there. It's clean, up-the-date, and everything. The staff is just wonderful. They're really helpful and friendly. They're really helpful to my wife. They help her in and out of bed and with meals and stuff. I'm really satisfied with them. This is her third time over there now. With regards to the meals, some are good, and some aren't. For activities, there's walking, occupational therapy, and physical therapy twice a day. They play bingo. They have other activities out there, too."

"The rooms are large with clean and spacious private bathroom. Staff were all friendly and helpful with all needs, I can tell they truly cared for my Grandpa. The floor staff, kitchen workers, receptionist, and management were all wonderful, which is rare to find these days. They had a lot of activity options, they even had a car show weekend, live music, happy hour, and all sorts of stuff that my Grandpa has been doing! The facility has been very clean every time I have seen it, including my Grandpa's room. Any question or concern has been addressed fast, and often it is the woman that runs the whole place that answers questions and helps out. My Grandpa has been nothing but happy with Pride and so has my family!"

"I was there visiting my father the other day and he told me about how nice this guy who worked there was. The person was very patient with him even if he was running around doing other things. He didn't have on a name tag, but he was always cleaning. To whoever that person is, thank you so much. This lets us know that our loved ones are in great hands."
