The rooms are large with clean and spacious private bathroom. Staff were all friendly and helpful with all needs, I can tell they truly cared for my Grandpa. The floor staff, kitchen workers, receptionist, and management were all wonderful, which is rare to find these days. They had a lot of activity options, they even had a car show weekend, live music, happy hour, and all sorts of stuff that my Grandpa has been doing! The facility has been very clean every time I have seen it, including my Grandpa's room. Any question or concern has been addressed fast, and often it is the woman that runs the whole place that answers questions and helps out. My Grandpa has been nothing but happy with Pride and so has my family!

My father was at Pride TLC for three years. It was a beautiful building, but the management was not running it correctly. The staff was not trained well. They're not trained to encourage to find different ways to encourage the residents to take their medication. They don't encourage activities very much, so residents sit in their rooms from morning until night not doing anything. They put them in their wheelchairs in the morning and they leave them sitting all day long until they go to bed. My father got pressure ulcers just from sitting all day. I put in a complaint to the management but they didn't do anything about it. The food was mediocre too.

Great place as long as you don't have any intention of ever calling your loved one....Two of our family members, one on land line using the same provider as the facility and one on cell out of state get nothing but this number has been disconetcted. So if you just want to leave them and never talk to them again, then this is the place for you. But for me it's 3 weeks and still can't call my MOM.

Stoney River is beautiful and it’s new. The people there were wonderful too. The rooms were private and decently sized. It’s very nicely decorated, and the people there seemed happy. The staff welcomed visitors anytime day or night -- which is nice. The food looked really good. They do have choices in the menu, there’s a choice of one of three entrees and side dishes. The dining room is beautiful. I observed people involved in card games, they also have a gym, and they have a little shopping mall with a bakery and a post office.
