This facility seems very nice from the outside and as soon as you walk in, but after you're there for a few minutes, the real scene unfolds. The staff doesn't come to the need of residents right away but are instead sitting down at a table chatting together, when they do answer the call bells most are not pleasant: yelling, attitudes, mocking residents, being rough. Aside from the unfriendly staff, the facility itself was dirty; dust at least 3 inches thick on ceiling fans that were blowing, scattering dust around, dirty tables, food on floor and tables. We got to meet with the owner of the facility, along with 2 other facilities. He has a crude sense of humor and doesn't seem to get to know the residents on a personal level which to me is a key priority to owning/operating a long time care facility to make the rest of their lives enjoyable. I would never put a family member of my own in this facility, and am glad I don't have to go back!
