My mom moved in. The people are just so personable. Every single person is brought out to the community room. They are very attentive. They walk to the units and ask if the patients would like a cup of coffee. It is definitely like a family. The facility is beautiful. They have a hair salon. The activities are wonderful. Every day, I can see them out there doing word games. They have music. If there's an anxiety-ridden patient, they'll have themselves and other patients around them trying to calm the patient, holding their hand, saying the rosary, and all kinds of things to help calm the patient. It's like they're caring for their mother. The food is excellent.

We went here and talked to someone who was extremely nice. It was clean and welcoming, but because of the room size, we did not pick that one. I liked the friendliness of the people though and when we went there. There were a couple of ladies playing cards and scrabble or something. The community layout was fine too.

Our tour was nice. They have different pods, which they call neighborhoods. The rooms were really nice, they had a nice layout, and they came furnished, too. The staff was great. She was very nice and informative. Aside from the dining room, they have a little bistro, so they have a couple of separate areas where you could eat, which is nice. The façade of the building was beautiful, fairly new, and updated. It's kind of a comfortable space, and it looked very homey and very cozy, too.

I liked it. It wasn’t for my mother; what they had available did not have a private bathroom, just a room with a shared common area and a shared bathroom. The facility was lovely and seemed clean. The people were nice. It just didn’t work for my mother.

It was a very nice place. The staff member, Christine, was great. Their staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Their follow up was impeccable. Their rooms were pretty nice and standard and had an apartment feel to them rather than a hospital feel. I have not tried their food, but I know they offered three meals a day. They had a beautiful cafe and their dining area was great. They had a great outdoor area where the residents could go outside. Overall, it was a nice community and very clean.

I loved it. It's amazing, and it's very spacious. There's lots of activity and socializing for the residents. It has very beautiful décor, and the rooms are bright. I liked it a lot.

It was excellent, no doubt about it, but it’s a little high in price.

My parents weren’t too pleased. It seemed more like dormitory-living rather than something that would make life easier for them. For example, the units didn’t have their own laundry facilities, and there was nothing in the kitchen other than a very small refrigerator and microwave, and the units were kind of small. The place was clean, but I thought it was a little bit too hot in there. My parents, who are always cold, also had the same feeling. Otherwise, everything was fine. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. But the units should be more accommodating and I don’t think 80-year-old people should be carrying their laundry down the hallway to use a common laundry room. I also think there should be a little more room in the kitchen.

We really liked it. The memory care was locked-down, which is good. They had a separate dining area from the recreational area. If you wanted a personal care assistant to come in, they allowed that. The overall facility itself looked very modern and had a salon, a barber shop, and a van that would take them to places, but no pool. They had makeshift bowling. On different days, they did different things. The dining area was very nice, clean, and very bright. The menu looked very good. If they wanted something else that's not on the menu, they could do it for them.

My mother is in here. We've had a good first impression. Her room is spacious for a studio, clean, and nice. The staff is very engaged and friendly. I don't have any problems so far. She is just not crazy about the food.

We visited and liked that it was newer, the layout, the availability, the location, and the good, homey feeling to it. They had outings to the grocery stores and activities during the day. The person I met was the mission person. She had great follow-up and was really nice. I liked her. The staff was very friendly as well. They served breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The short hallways attracted me because it felt more homey and apartment-living-like.

It seemed clean, and they had activities. The staff seemed reasonably dedicated, and the rooms looked fine, but there was very little storage space. What impressed me was the employees looked like they were working for a living. They need to improve their storage space.

We liked it. We thought it was very clean. We liked the rooms and the activities that they said they were going to be doing. The facility was good. Everything smelled clean and looked clean. We liked that there was carpeting in the bedroom.

It is beautiful and like going to a five-star resort. It was very fancy, upscale, and too much, I felt it was not as home-like, and my mother did not live life that way. The apartments were very spacious and pretty, but very expensive. The staff was very accommodating and in-tune to the residents who were actually there. The food looked wonderful when we walked in the dining room. They have different levels of activities based on how functioning the residents are. They do a lot of outings to local malls, and they seem to have a lot of activities in the buildings.

From what I saw, it seemed like a very vibrant community. There was a wide variety of people there. There were lot of activities going on at that time. The rooms seemed nice. Overall, it would be a nice community for my loved one. However, the location, while it is convenient, it is a little hard to get to.

I really loved it, but it was way out of our price range and it was busy. There were people coming and going, people coming in and out, and people playing chess and checkers in the lobby. I really like it and I like the way that they build relationship with the people that lived there. They know their particular likes and dislikes and they know all the people like if my mother-in-law didn't want to go down to dinner, that's not a problem because they would take it up to her. The staff was very welcoming, very knowledgeable, and I didn't feel that they were pushy at all. They answered my questions and tried to provide solutions. They're just really all about making people feel at home. The lobby and all of that is more like a home than it is like a hotel. Some people might like that more because you just have a cozy feeling, but my mother-in-law is a very private person and there's just a lot of things going on.

We had gotten in touch with an online directory and they gave us a list of places to view. It was one of the first ones they gave us. I like everything about the place, but I just thought it was too fancy for my father. Everything was just so elaborate and it looked like you're in a high-class hotel. They even have a service bar there where anyone could come in with their family and have an ice cream and stuff. That was really nice. For accommodations, they did have the biggest rooms there, but I just thought they were too elaborate for what my dad needed. The living environment did stand out to us. One of the reasons we couldn't place my father there was because he would feel out of place. The staff was friendly and very courteous. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others.
