"We went to Paramount Senior Living at Peters Township. What I saw was very nice. I enjoyed it. It's something I would consider. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The rooms seemed big enough for what I needed. The place seemed to be very well taken care of and very well maintained. The dining area seemed to be OK. It seemed pretty quiet and decent."

"We moved my father into Overlook Green on September 2, 2017 from another assisted living residence. The staff at Overlook Green treated my father with such compassion and respect. My father passed on October 26, 2017 from his illness, the staff and 365 Hospice could not have been more compassionate towards me and my siblings. I had previous experience with Overlook Green when my mother in law was a resident for two years. I would highly recommend Overlook Green when the time comes to place your loved one. "

"My father moved into Whitetail Springs Assisted Living and Memory Care. The care seems a little bit more hands-on. It's all on one floor. They have a nice outdoor place to walk. I think they put concerts on there when it warms up. His room is spacious, he has his own bedroom, and bathroom with shower, and it seems adequate for his needs. They try to keep the people active, they have an activities director, and they try to keep them stimulated. They play bingo."

"This facility was an excellent. Never once did we have to advocate for my Mum. Her care was exceptional. The hospice care was outstanding. They treated my Mum with respect and dignity. "

"My mother-in-law moved into Harmony at Diamond Ridge. Nicole, the one who gave us the tour several times, had the biggest impact on my mother. She was very thorough, showing us the entire facility several times, answering all of the questions, providing and explaining the care my mother would be receiving, which met all of the criteria I needed for her. And so far, so good. They're wonderful, very helpful, get her down to her meals, bring her back, take her to activities, introduce her to other residents, and make her feel comfortable and at home. She loves the food. We can also eat with her if we'd like, and we have several times. The food is wonderful. They have a special every day, but there is also a completely different menu, so if it's something she doesn't like, she can order it from there. It's the cleanest facility I have been in. They have a ton of activities. They have art class, cards, and bingo. They have a coffee chat every morning, where residents can get together. They go down to the bistro and have coffee, get to know the other residents, have a snack or something, and talk, which she did, and she likes that really well. They have a lot of different activities. You get a schedule, and it's the whole day. If you want to be doing something every minute of the day, you can be. They go on outings and take them to restaurants and stores. I chose this facility because it seemed the best fit for her. The size of the facility, the staff, the director, and everyone that we have met. It just seemed like a perfect fit for her. All the facilities that I took her to, her exact words were that they felt like home to her."

"I was first introduced to Arden Courts as a visiting nurse 14 years ago! I had the great pleasure of working with the staff to supplement the incredible care they were providing residents! When my grandmother's dementia worsened to the point she could no longer live at home, the first place I told my Dad and Uncle about was Arden Courts! I knew it was the ONLY place that would provide the quality care my grandma deserves! She's been there two years and they continue to prove me right every day! We love that she has her own room/bathroom and it's always clean and smelling fresh when we visit. She loves the social interaction and variety of activities. Our family could never thank the staff enough for the love and care they give! "

"The staff at The Haven at North Hills was very kind, considerate, courteous, and went out of their way just to make people comfortable. They answered any questions that I had and were more than willing to offer information even if I didn't ask the question. Their rooms were a lot bigger compared to the other two places I visited. They were newly decorated and had more up-to-date furnishings. It was just too far out of my way to go, so there was a distance issue. "

"I like Apple Blossom Senior Living. They were great. I liked that the people there looked happy. I felt like it would have been a good choice. We saw the rooms. We have a list of the activities that they do. We saw the menus and the restaurant area."

"My sister and I choose Arden courts for Our Mom , almost 2 years ago, for their friendly and helpful staff and the cozy homelike environment they provide their residents. I visited a couple of places before choosing, and Arden was the best fit for us. They are there for their residents, always with a smile a kind word and conversation. I’ve gotten to know many of the staff there and they have always been happy to stop and have friendly chat while I am visiting with my Mom. They know their residents likes, dislikes and preferences. They also have many activities for their residents to choose to participate In, From religious gatherings to music, art and movies. They are happy to help with any concerns or questions you may have about your family member or your well being. During the pandemic they have done an excellent job at keeping the residents as safe as possible. Though it was difficult not seeing Mom for awhile they quickly got Face Time calls in order so we could talk to Mom face to face. I would definitely recommend Looking into Arden courts North Hills to Anyone seeking memory care. "

"Our tour experience in Juniper Village at Forest Hills was great. The atmosphere, the cleanliness, and everything were good. The staff seemed to know everybody. The room was fine. It had all the amenities that we needed, and it was a good size. I liked it. There was an activity going on in a community room, and a good number of people were participating. The menu looked appetizing, too."

"My father-in-law was at Mount Vernon of Elizabeth. The people were very nice, and the facility was clean. They did have activities, but my father-in-law wasn’t there very long, so as far as I know, he did not participate. "

"Orion has provided a personalized care plan for my grandma who began suffering from short term memory loss which is unmatched vs. a larger corporate provider. I am comforted knowing she is being taken care of in the same manner that her family would have provided if they could have. We are so lucky to have found Orion!"

"My grandmother is in Grace Manor at North Park. The rooms are very nice. She's in her own private room. The staff is very nice, very friendly and very helpful. She's very happy with the food there. They have all kinds of activities. They've had bingo, different parties for different occasions, and stuff like that. She's in the memory care unit."

"We toured Ashton Commons Senior Living. It was very nice. It's a brand-new place, and it was beautiful. They had cottages, which we didn't go to see because we talked about the price before they took us to show us anything. We knew they were too expensive. We were in their general area, and we saw their dining area and their main common areas. Everything was brand new, and the people there were extremely nice. They had signs up that said they had different programs, like bingo, crafts, and outings, and that you could sign up for. They had rides to appointments like if you had doctor's appointments."
