Mahoning Valley staff are competent knowledgeable and compassionate beyond measure. It is obvious that employees in all departments are not here for a paycheck rather here to enrich the lives of others by providing compassionate care to all people that reside here!!! Fabulous employees, clean environment. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with this facility. I moved my father from another facility to this one and will always be glad I did. The staff are wonderful and caring people who took the time to get to know my father and his preferences. The place is the cleanest home I have ever seen in my life, kudos to the housekeepers!

Mahoning valley is not somewhere I care to visit again.my family member was not cared for when she was passing away, she was ignored because they were short staffed. It was reported but no one seemed to care and no actions were taken. they treat their staff like garbage and seem to fire anyone who cares. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

my friends mother was here for quite some time before she passed away. Everyone was very loving and kind to her. We used to visit about 2-3 times a week and everytime we were there she seemed very healthy and happy. I would recommend this facility to anyone with a loved one that needed a little extra help. The staff is amazing.
