My mother has moved into Brookdale Bartlesville North. I think they're very understaffed. They only have two people during the evening to care for 26 people. As a result of the understaffing, they're very slow in response and that happens during the daytime, too. Some are very, very helpful. Her room is being kept very clean. They come in regularly. The bathroom is always clean, always ready for a shower or anything, as well as the room itself. The food is plentiful. They get three meals and two snacks a day. There are lots of activities. I think they do a very good job of keeping their residents busy. They're also really good about helping the residents to get to know each other and assigning new people to different tables when they eat. It's well done. The staff is very good about getting the food out and also making sure that each resident has the choice to get to the table. Also, if someone is reluctant, they try very hard to help that person integrate with others. The facility is very nice. I would strongly suggest that they up their staff. There aren't enough people to go around. Maintenance is wonderful.

Brookdale Bartlesville North was very nice and very clean. Kerry is the lady who took us on the tour. She's very sweet and very nice. The room has a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. They're one-bedroom units. Their kitchens were a little bit bigger than some that I've been to, which I like because I still want to make desserts of our own, and I don't want to completely quit cooking. They had different rooms, but we only looked at one. They had a dining room and a game room. People play bingo and stuff. The staff said they had entertainment come in. It's clean and it smelled good. It didn't have a urine smell. I met two staff, and they seemed nice. Kerry is very nice, too. I belong to a dementia group that meets twice a month, and she comes to that, now that her father's living with her, which is good. It makes me feel like she's part of the crowd.

I chose Brookdale Bartlesville North for my relative. I was told that he would be able to age out there. He wouldn't have to be moved. It was a very nice tour. I like the place. They have activities and we met the activities director. They had a very nice dining room and everything was spaced out. The rooms were very clean, the halls were very clean, and all the people seemed very friendly. They have definitely gone above and beyond. It's a very nice place. Someone from Brookdale went to visit him today to see if he's improving.

Brookdale Bartlesville North was very nice and very clean. The rooms were smaller and priced higher. The staff member that gave us the tour was very nice and thorough.

My in-laws have been at Sterling House for a couple of months now, and the cleanliness there really impressed me. The staff seems very well trained and cordial. The room is nice, they participate in church, and everything seems pretty good. The only complaint that I had is the food, as it is common.

I'm trying to look for an intermediate care facility for one of my clients. I found Sterling House of Bartlesville North. It was really clean. The people there were really friendly and courteous. For me to say that goes a long way since I have to review each facility for quality control. They were really personable and didn't have an attitude or anything. They were willing to help me with any questions that I have about the facility. I was able to see behind the scenes so to speak. I can tell that they keep a tight shift as far as cleanliness and friendliness to the people and the clients. Unfortunately my client and the type of income that he had didn't qualify for that facility. But the facility was awesome. I would recommend this place especially if they want their families to be well taken care of.

We were searching a facility for my dad and we visited Sterling House of Bartlesville. The director was really nice and we really liked her. The rooms were also really nice. They have a salon there and they have activities going on.

When we first walked into the door it was a relief to see how clean the entire place was. We were greeted very quickly by what seemed to be very polite staff. The room had a tv, a small table, a nightstand, and a couple other little things. So we admitted my relative. Shortly after admission things went down hill. She was admitted due to breaking her hip. She had a very difficult time getting help to take a bath. They were just way to undermanned. Not enough workers to satisfy the needs of the people living there. The dining facility was terrible and served the same food with very little variances from day to day. Just a very unpleasant place to live.

I have never been more impressed with the way a place was ran than I was with the Sterling House. The staff communicates well with the Clients and Case-mangers.I think they deserve a standing applause for the hard work they do to keep those clients happy. Let's face it. That can be a difficult job to work with people and their different attitudes. The staff is all very attentive and are willing to go completely out of their way to be of help. They have not shown me any reason not to trust them. I have not seen a cleaner well organized place. The atmosphere when you walk thru the door is uplifting and I would highly recommend Sterling House to anyone.
