My mother spent a respite here for one week. She seemed to enjoy it, we didn't have any problems, she did activities. The place was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the people who worked there were excellent. They had bingo, they did her nails there, they had UNO, and they got a chance to go out in the garden and watch the ducks. She had a two-bedroom, she was in the dementia care unit, but she didn't have a roommate. It was kept clean, she had her own bathroom inside the room, and she was near the front desk, so if she needed someone right away, someone could be there quickly. My family sent my mom flowers twice, and the administrator who I spoke with to help me get in there, took the two and sent them to us, called us, and let us know what was going on, and made us very comfortable. They had a courtyard, and they had a big glass-in container where they had some birds. The residents could go there and watch the birds.

The rooms are filthy, and facility appears to understaffed. Hard to find someone to assist with taking care of my family. No linen when I asked for a towel and wash cloth, staff report they don't have help.

Rooms are dirty and not updated, floors nasty, smells nasty. My firsthand experience is that the company is under staffed. Current employees look tired over worked. In my opinion I would never leave my loved one here.

Smell of human waste once entering the facility was just awful! Rooms are so small and outdated, and never got cleaned if you kept the door shut (to keep the smell of pee and poop out). Food was what you could expect from a place like this. They were extremely short staffed so getting help when needed was almost impossible which I’m sure is why the place smelled like a used toilet. There were some members that made the stay tolerable but overall just don’t….

The rooms are outdated. Some staff is great, but majority isn't. Constant turn over in employees/caretakers. Can't ever get ahold of anyone to see how my loved one was doing and or if I had a concern. Very nasty after my loved one passed away, which I believe was part of their doing in speeding up the process by letting him sit in a chair and falling. Knowing he couldn't sit/stand alone. I never write reviews but I felt this was needed. Overall wouldn't recommend.

Don't even THINK about it. Disgustingly dirty. Horrible care. Decor from the 80's. Terrible food. Go look at the place- it is awful!!!!!! I will be reporting them to every state agency possible beginning with the health department.
