The staff here are very nice and helpful. This is one of the best facilities in the area. The therapy department is fantastic. Food was good and building was always clean. I highly recommend this facility if you or a loved one need care or rehabilitation.

This place is an awful place we went to visit my mom and we turned her light on waited 2 hours before someone come in we had to go get staff ourself then they was mad that they had to do their job and was very rude to us. They sent a nurse in that was a travel nurse and supposedly he said he changed her when we went to our meeting for intaking we went back to the room and checked and she wasn't changed we went and told someone and they said that she was changed that her to feed is causing her to have bowel movements too often which she's been on to feed for quite some time and they should have picked up on that way sooner and gave her something for it not wait until someone comes in and find their loved one laying in s***. The staffing is poor and they don't do their jobs they just walk around talking and laughing they're not nice at all I am moving my mom out today please do not send your loved ones here it's not a place for long-term at all or short-term I do not recommend at all zero Stars.

This facility is awful. I was in short term rehab, and i left with no improvement. They were not equpit to help bigger people, but they never told us hefore. Staffing is very slim, especially at night. I had to wait several hours for assistance on many occassions. More than one time the nurse dropped my medication on the floor, or brought me someone else's medication. I always had to check. I know of a few patients that had to be hospitalized after medication mix-ups. I didnt have any trust in the nurses after that. I was not able to use the showers, but no one offered to help me bathe in my room until the last couple weeks. They only washed my hair 3 times in 100 days. Very poor care. There were a couple very kind nurses that helped when they could, but staffing did not allow much time. The cafeteria staff was very professional, and the food was good. Please dont send your loved ones to Whispering Hills. If you do, better visit often.

This place is terrible. The administration and nursing staff are uneducated and have horrible attitudes . They will lie to you and blame the patient. The food was terrible, the rehab was ok. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place . There are much better places to put a loved one. They do not like it when the patients have advocates and don't want to be told what a bad job they are doing . But you don't get the cream of the crop as far as nursing when it's a nursing home. Just beware and watch like a hawk

My brother is in a nursing home called Whispering Hills. He is not capable of assisted living. If he can go into assisted living facility later on after he improves, then maybe we have something else. He is adapting very well, and he is in a much nicer facility than the one he had in New York. We are very happy with it. The room is nice and spacious. He has a window that overlooks a wooded area. Right now, he is in a room by himself. He doesn't have a roommate, so he is quite happy. They were very helpful in working with us to bring Bob over here. The security and maintenance of this facility is good. They are the most helpful and the friendliest place that we have talked to in our search. The one thing that they can improve on is the furniture; it could be in better shape since it is a bit worn out.
