My mother-in-law was a resident of Green Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehab. Her care was top notch. Her rehab went very well. They were right on top of things as far as getting her where she had to be, and she's done very well with it. She's hard to please food wise because she has been a caterer all her life, so things have to be really good for her. Everything was very clean. It's just an older facility. They have a beautiful area where they can sit outside and talk and do things. They have some planters where people can help with gardening. They have their bingo. They have a euchre night to just keep the people interested in what they're doing.

The nurses and staff at Green Meadows in Mount Washington were professional, kind and helpful to my mother. They went out of their way to make her feel at home and nurse her back to health!!
