We went to Ohio Living Sarah Moore. They showed us around, it was very nice. I had a friend who was there, and she liked it. She said the food was good. The lady who was supposed to take us around wasn't there that day, so somebody else took us around, and she led us to believe that there was memory care. But when we got talking to the lady that was in charge of that, she said no. One room we saw was empty, very clean, very nice, and spacious. They play cards, bingo, and exercise.

Mom is in Ohio Living Sarah Moore now because she needs 24-hour care. The place is super clean. They make it very homey, and it doesn't feel like you're walking into a facility. There's always somebody at the front desk to help you. The staff is really good, and their service is really great, but they're still training a few people. So, they could use a little boost there. They call me with updates. I also get updates once a week from the doctor that comes to visit. They make sure to try to include her in any activities that they have. They try to get all their residents out of the room for a little bit and include them in activities, or they move them to areas where they can sit by the window or just to kind of get them around and get active. They do sitting exercises and movies. They take the residents out to lunch and they also do stroll drives around the city to look at the trees and the parks. Mom is more active there than she would have been at home. They have a really pretty courtyard. They also have a front porch area and a library. I never tried the food, but when I get there, Mom's plate is always empty. I know they serve three meals a day. And when they do activities, they provide snacks.

This nursing home provided great care to my grandmother and to other residents. The facilities were clean, organized and comfortable. The staff was very caring and generous. They provided my grandmother and other residents with the care that families would give to one another. The nursing home did a great job in contacting my family regarding visiting times and my grandmother's health status.

I have worked for many retirement homes before and sarah moore is THE BEST I have ever come across. They treat their patients and residents like royalty. They are treated with the outmoset respect. I would def. trust sarah moore facilty with my family.
