Loving granddaugther

My grandmother was a resident at Centerburg Pointe for two years. The staff provided great care to her, treated her as family of their own. She was able to keep some of her normal routine, even with her limited mobility. Her early morning cup of coffee and warm washcloth to wash her face. This let her still feel a sense of independence and was important to her. Activities were provided as needed; she had lots of visitors. Our family and grandmother's friends were provided areas to gather and were made comfortable to visit. My grandmother enjoyed her meals and was offered alternatives for meals she didn't. Her room was always clean and smelled. Our family appreciated the care and peace of mind provide to our very loved mother and grandmother.

My family member was there for a year and the staff was caring and answered questions right away when we ask them. They participated in all activities that were available and enjoyed them. Everyone was very attentive and understanding right up to the last day.

I would not place a lived one here. If you care at all for a family member I bet you don't place them here. Smells horrible, they are never staffed, nurses are uncaring, residents are bullies, they accept residents who should not be in this facility. It's corporate owned and it's all about the money not patient care

My brother was in Centerburg for a week and a half. It was an updated facility, and the staff was friendly. It was very welcome, open, easy to navigate, and in a quiet setting. However, they were unable to provide the level of care needed for my brother.

The facility that my mom went to after she left the hospital was Centerburg Pointe, Inc. She was only there for a month. However, my mom passed away. I only visited there twice, and the place was very clean. Everybody was very friendly. The residents were well cared for and happy. I had no issues with it. I thought they did an excellent job, and I would recommend the place. The price was also reasonable. The only activities that she had were games with a group of people that wanted to play after they had lunch. That's the only activity that I knew of that she participated in, and I don't know what else they provided. I sat with her at dinner. I did taste something. I don't know what it was, but the taste was good. The food looked good, healthy, and well presented. Everybody seemed to enjoy their meals. The overall atmosphere was nice. It was a clean facility, and it was a newer place.
