The Ganzhorn Suites of Avon offers specialized assisted living memory care. We are located on the west side of Cleveland on the same campus as the Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital. This location enables us to set new standards for Alzheimer's and dementia care in the Cleveland, Ohio area and beyond.

We offer four households, which surround a beautiful courtyard, allowing our residents to be safe and secure while feeling independent.
