I have had ample opportunity over several months to meet with various staff members regarding my wife's physical situation, and to observe and interact with aides and nurses, all of whom have impressed me with their compassionate, caring and professional interactions with the residents. The food is above average in quality, quantity and taste, and is routinely delivered in a timely manner. Most of all I am impressed with the fact that my wife is comfortable and well cared for at Aristacare, and has repeatedly told me that she is very happy there. I am convinced that I've made the right choice for my wife's care and well being."

"My dad stayed at Manchester Manor Rehabilitation. The rooms were decent and the staff was friendly He did not really participate in any activities. My dad did not like the food served. The facility did not have a good physical therapy area. I thought that needed improvement along with the food. "

"My room is bug infested. I've reported the problem but nothing has been done. I push the button for help and have had to wait anywhere from 1 to 6 hours for someone to see what the problem is. Every morning I ask the nurse for my pain medication and 1 nurse tells me she'll check then walks away. She usually comes back between 2 to 3 hours later. Since I've been transferred to this section I have not had any type of exercise or physical therapy. I have not been out of this bed once. The food is horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worse enemy!"

"Encompass was very good. My cousin was there in January 2019. She had broken her hip on Christmas, she went there right after the broken hip, and they were fabulous. It's clean, it's easy to get to, and it's a very good place. The nurses were nice, the staff was great, the food was good, and the care was excellent. It was a very nice facility, and all the people there were very, very nice. It was very nice and always clean. All the people were friendly. They had a snack bar you could go to and make yourself a snack. You could have coffee or tea anytime of the day or night. Visiting hours are really good, and if you want to stay, you could stay as long as you didn’t make a mess. Th residents were all treated well. They have PT in the morning, memory care, and speech therapy. They really do take care of you there. They're very responsive."

"hello, recently i put my mother in this awsome senior home. at first i was not really sure about doing this, but after they gave me a tour i wanted to live here. the staff is very nice and and helpful. the place itself seems safe and comfortable. after i recieved the tour i found out there is so much to do there. you can garden play golf, checkers chess, ping pong, read and your family can come to visit you in the day. my mom made so many new friends and they play bingo every friday. it is as when you go there you develope your own scedual of what you are going to do for the day. also the food that they serve is acceptable. it is not like prison food or a childs cafateria food. the food is very nice and almost 2 steps higher than a tv dinner. if you are looking for a senior home in NJ this is the best by far. this senior home will make your elders happy. also they will like to meet new people. when my mom went there she said it is like haveing a second family. if you put your elders here they will love it and will never want to come home. you may think of it as a bad thing but you can always go visit them so there is no sadness of seperation. they also have full fone privligaes. happy elders "

"My mom was inthis facility 2 yrs ago i give this facility a very high rating she had the best care i love allthe nurses who took car of my mom she was 92 yrs olld she passedaway December 10. mom was at thre last atages of Dementia Alzheimers it was time for outside help i found this facility on my own they provided excellent care for her he staff was very caring. from time tio time i still go back to visit. "

"My Mommy came in on a Saturday and died 9 days later. The aides and nurses were excellent in the care of her last days. We truly felt all their love and concern for my Mommy to pass without pain. They all were there for us at the end. My Mommy died peacefully holding our loving hands. "

"As hard as it was having my grandmother at that location, I thought the staff working at Crystal Lake was very professional and pleasant to be around. I was always depressed while I was there but I 100% attribute that to the fact that my grandmother was so ill, not to the facility itself. The nurses were very nice and formed a relationship with my mother because she was there so often visiting my grandmother. Overall I liked this facility and I would send another family member there if I had to. A- Total rating. "

"After back surgery I did 14 days of rehab at Harrogate. The staff there was wonderful they treated me like family. The Administrators, Nurses ,Therapist, Housekeeper’s and Aids were all a factor in me getting back on my feet again. The food was excellent hats off to the kitchen staff. Thank You All"

"The rooms are adequate. Plenty of closet, chest of drawers, bathrooms clean and spacious. Food is Institutional,so don't expect gourmet. It was OK. The nurse's, aids,and whole staff, for the most part,are wonderful and caring. I was there for rehab following knee replacement. The physical therapy department is outstanding. The director runs a tight ship, and takes pride in his therapists. After a few bumps in the road, I was well on my way to recovery"
