Clear Waters at Tuxedo provides a home-like setting (adult home) for the elderly people who need a little help with their activities of daily living (e.g. personal care, housekeeping, linens, laundry, transportation services to doctor’s appointments, beauty parlor, casino, broadway shows etc) where they can live safely and independently.

At Clear Waters At Tuxedo, our residents are encouraged to maintain an independent lifestyle by receiving the personalized attention and care they deserve in a warm and welcoming environment. Services provided to our residents include:

• Three delicious prepared meals served daily with snacks
• Accommodations for special diets, including textured, gluten-free, no added salt, no concentrated sweets and bland. We also provide free summer ice cream truck services for all residents.

Clear Waters At Tuxedo, residents are able to enjoy as much independence as they desire, all with the peace of mind knowing that personal care and support services are available if needed 24/7. Our highest priority is to care for each resident as if he or she were a member of our own family. We know everyone’s name, and we know those all-important details that make our residents feel special, known and cared for – whether it’s making sure they have their preferred newspaper or their favorite dish at dinner. By keeping our home small with 16 residents, we are able to provide every person the individualized attention he or she deserves.

Our rooms are graciously designed and await those personal touches that each resident is encouraged to bring to create the feeling of home.
