I believe that this facility offers everything possible in human comforts that is available in a senior nursing home. They offer individual, private rooms with a fllatscreen TV and half doors for residents privacy!! They also offer a beautifully appointed resident gathering room with many comfy chairs and a couch along with a big screen TV which is ajacent to the open floor plan dining room . The dining room is large and open and well lit.. It is right next to the private kitchen so that it affords the residents actual conversational opportunities with the kitchen staff !! The main kitchen also prints out menus for three months at a time and allows each resident to choose his/hers meals.. The floor kitchen is also well supplied with ice, yogurt, ice cream, and an assortment of beverages and crackers and these are open to the residents upon request .. The residents who have been approved by the nursing staff are also allowed to eat in their rooms with individual room trays being provided to those residents .. Also for residents, staff and family members is a large and well appointed cafe which has a large menu which changes daily!! There is a nursing station with a large window overlooking the dining room which allows the nursing staff to view the residents and to be available in a moments notice in case of emergencies .. This facility also offers free laundry services with a washing machine and dryer on each floor with aides in the laundry area to do the resident's laundry but is also available to the individual residents or their families .. There is also a large cleaning crew to keep the facility clean and in working shape as well as a maintenance crew to keep things in working order !! An experienced security crew is on site 24/7 and only a phone call away !! The facility also provides a large entertainment area on the first floor with a big screen TV and comfy chairs and couches and a gas fireplace (one is also on each of the floors in the entertainment area and opens up to a nice patio area so that residents and staff and family members can enjoy the outdoors, weather providing and Also has an outdoor area on the back of the facility which has a picnic table on a nice grassy area!! Well I've given the most extensive report on this facility except I forgot to mention that there is also available a Physical Therapy unit !! This concludes my information on this facility and may I just say that I would highly recommend it to any person who is in need of a full service nursing home and resident physical therapy patient unit..
