I visited this facility

The tour we had at Peregrine Senior Living at Crimson Ridge Garden was fantastic. The place looked newer. We walked in and talked to the staff right there in the common area. We had a cup of coffee, and then she took us through. She was very good and very informative. She spent a lot of time with us. The rooms were very nice, very spacious, and cozy. Everything was clean. She showed us the living area where people were sitting, and the dining room.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I would like to have known that Crimson Ridge does not care about their residents! Lack of care to our seniors is unacceptable! Thank goodness my Dad is no longer there and at a much better place to take care of him. Now I don’t have to worry about my Dad!

I went to Peregrine Senior Living at Crimson Ridge Gardens. It was a very nice facility. Tina reached out, spoke to me in-depth, and she gave me a very thorough tour. She communicated training and knowledge for working with people with memory care needs. Their facility is updated, recently remodeled, painted, and has new furniture. The people were up and walking around. There were activities going on. It was a wonderful facility. I would say I would have no problem having a family member there. They had a beautiful outdoor, accessible courtyard, and common spaces very well laid out. It was an hour away from where we live.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother is in Peregrine Senior Living at Crimson Ridge Gardens. We decided to keep her at the same facility. We moved her from assisted living into the memory unit. She's been a resident of the memory care unit for about three weeks now, but she was a resident of their assisted living for about three years. Memory care is in one building but it's on the same campus. It's a relatively positive experience. Most of the people there were very kind and very responsive to the needs of the family. The facility is immaculate. They recently updated a few of the rooms and painted again. When you go in, it's very bright and cheery. There are several places where you can look outside and see pretty small garden areas. Where she is now, they have two separate dining areas, depending on what wing of the building you're in. Then, they have a community where residents from either side of this memory care unit can join. It's like a big gathering area if they want to. The room in the assisted care was very nice. It had a small sitting area in there, but big enough to fit a loveseat and a chair. It also had a mini kitchen, a little sink, a mini-fridge, and a counter that you could put a coffeemaker on or something. The room had a dividing solid wall and that kind of gave you separation between the bedroom and that little living area. The bedroom was big enough to hold a double bed. She had a full bathroom. In the memory care unit, it's one big room, and it's very bright and cheery. The floor is like a laminate wood floor, which is very good. It's easy to clean. From her window, she can see a wooded area, which is nice. It's bright. She has a bathroom, but no shower. The shower is totally separate. I believe that's for the safety of the residents. In the memory unit, they have things more scheduled and they engage the residents more enthusiastically. They take the initiative to take them to activities. They listen to music, they have arts and crafts or exercising time, and they try to get each of them versus asking. In the other unit, it was kind of up to the residents. As the residents get older though, they're less likely to remember something is going on. In the memory unit, they would say, "Come on, it's time to do this" and most residents will just follow. From that standpoint, I think it's better. It's a nice layout.

We have struggled so much trying to find a safe and secure place for my grandma. She seems very happy here and is given lots of activity options. They do there best to make the feel at home and cared for. Staff is very patient and kind.

The staff are so caring and treat every resident as a member of their family. My mom has been with them in the assisted living and now memory care. With Covid the staff has reached out to family to keep us close.Would recommend them to everyone looking for a safe, caring place for their loved one. Her room at the assisted living was spacious and com. From what I can tell about the room in the memory care it is smaller but sufficient. She was moved during Covid so we have not been to her room yet. So far the staff at the memory care unit seems to be exceptional. Hoping for real visits soon.

I'm happy with Peregrine at Crimson Ridge Gardens. The staff members take good care of my wife, and they're very courteous to me. I visit my wife there everyday. They all know me and they treat me with courtesy and respect. I ate with her a few times, but there was not much on my plate. They have bingo, they have music a couple of times a week, somebody comes in and sings, and plays the guitar, and they have an activity where they can go out as a group to eat in one of the local restaurants. My wife's room is small, but very clean. They're also doing a lot of construction there right now.

We like Peregrine Senior Living at Crimson Ridge Gardens very much. We like the variety of décor with very bright color, and it is very interesting. They have a café set in the 1950s style, so it is embracing the memories and the youth of the residents. Overall, we feel very good. They have a program that we are impressed with in terms of focusing and celebrating the individual residents. They're treating them as individuals not necessarily just as a residents or patients. We are very impressed. If the time comes where we need to move my mother to a memory care, that is certainly a consideration for us. There is a calendar of events. In general, it is the same kind of variety. Musical performers will come in from inside and periodically there is an outing or two for each month. In terms of amenities, there's a piano in the lobby. My mother plays the piano, so we are interested in that. There is a variety of different rooms, and indoor and outdoor space. We are generally impressed with this place.

Crimson Ridge Gardens is truly a home away from home. The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and attentive to each individual's needs. Our family was always well informed regarding our mother's care plan, and members of the staff welcomed our ideas and input. There is a cheerful, positive environment at Crimson Ridge. Residents are encouraged to participate in daily activities, and families are invited to monthly socials. My mother lived there for over three years and we have fond memories of our time at Crimson Ridge Gardens.

Crimson Ridge was neat because they had kind of recreated a town square in their main entrance area. They had like a city style diner and a large aviary for birds to entertain the residents. It was a little older, but still clean. The staff seemed to be competent and friendly. The person who gave us the tour was knowledgeable and tried to be helpful. She did some additional research on our behalf. She was very nice.

Crimson Ridge Gardens lay out was very nice. It is in a house, but it is like in a circular and there are all different rooms. The residents there are definitely more memory impaired than the regular assisted living. The people were very nice. They took us around and they were very accommodating. The rooms were quite nice, too.

Crimson Ridge Gardensis was absolutely top of the line. It was a beautiful place but too expensive for us. I thought the staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions, so we were happy with it.
