My mother has moved into Eddy Hawthorne Ridge. So far, so good. Unfortunately, I can't really judge a lot of things because there's still not really any activities and my mother is quarantined. I helped her set up her apartment, but then I had to leave. I'm not allowed to visit and she is not allowed to leave her room for 14 days. Her apartment is very spacious and bright. It's a nice apartment. Every staff member we met could not have been lovelier. They were really very accommodating. The garden was very nice; we just got a quick tour. The dining area of course doesn't look the same as usual because the tables are all separated really far apart. It is just that things are not normal. I'm hoping we get what we pay for. It is certainly not the cheapest, but it is not the most expensive either.

Eddy Hawthorne Ridge seems very nice and caring; it looked good, and I'm considering it for my mother. The tour guide was really nice, and they tried to be very helpful. The rooms were fine, maybe a little small, but they were clean and in good shape. The dining area is restaurant style and it looked nice. The living atmosphere seems cheerful. It seemed fun, there was good light in the place, and people seemed like they were happy to be there. The facility itself needs a little updating.

Terrace at Eddy Hawthorne Ridge was very clean. I felt that the people there were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. The food was really delicious, and they had a lot of activities for the residents. They go to other places, they have people come in to talk to the residents, they also have singing and full activities, like cards, Bingo, and movie nights.

We chose Hawthorne Ridge for my aunt because it is close to home. Although she is not there yet, we are impressed with the rooms, the food, and the small number of apartments.

Before my mother passed away, she was in a home called Hawthorne Ridge in their memory care unit. It was fine. I had no complaints with it. At that time, everything was brand new. I also had lunch there a few times and the food was good.

This is a clean and well appointed facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. The activities for residents are varied and engaging. Since becoming a resident my great aunt's health has improved because she is part of an active, age appropriate community again and is engaging in physical and social activities once more.

The staff here is always extremely friendly. We were looking for a home that dealt specifically with Alzheimer's care for my grandfather, who has progressed beyond the point of us being able to care for him. I was initially impressed with the look of the facilities; it looked more like a nice hotel or apartment complex than a retirement home and assisted living facility. Their Alzheimer's care units are among some of the best I have ever heard from; they have a layout with allows for those afflicted with the disease to easily navigate the building, with a small suite being a private space, which adjoins with a shared area/kitchen. I spoke with some of the residents there, who all said they were extremely happy with the care, the staff, and the community. It is also right next to the town library, which is really great. My grandfather seems to be happier here than I could have thought given the circumstances, and we are grateful to have an option like that in the area.
