My mother was in Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Albuquerque. They were very nice, very beautiful, and very clean. The room was nice, big, beautiful, and clean. The staff was very nice and the services were good. The staff was very attentive. She had therapy three times a day for an hour each day. She got sick in between, so she wasn't able to do it the first week for three hours a day. I didn't see any activities. The food was very, very good. We never went to the dining area, but it looked nice. The food was very tasty. Whoever cooked it, it was a good cook. She did physical therapy and occupational therapy.

My dad is currently at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Albuquerque. It's well laid out. It's not cluttered, so the people have an easy way to walk around and get around. It's a fabulous facility. The staff are fabulous as well. They're very attentive and very nice to my dad. They really seem like they want to be here and help, so they're outstanding staff. The cafeteria looks really good. It's big and spread out. The food is good. For activities, Dad told me yesterday that he played bingo. They have games and stuff with the residents. They get together and mingle in the cafeteria. My dad gets to know and talk with other residents.

My wife was in Healthsouth Rehab Hospital, and then she got better. Our experience was excellent. The staff was very good. The room was adequate. There were two people in the room, but most of the time it was just one. The dining room was set up like a cafeteria. They had a gym, a weight room, and all kinds of therapy -- physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. I was really impressed.
