"VibraLife of El Paso was wonderful. My father-in-law had stayed before. It was clean, bright, and comfortable for him and his family. They had nice visiting spaces and made even grandkids comfortable visiting. The nursing was very skillful and compassionate. His room was lovely, he had a nice window where the sun came in, and there was a nice view to where he could see people coming and going and the landscaping outside. There was enough sitting to make visitors comfortable. My mother-in-law thought the food was fine. The staff was very kind, very helpful, and informative."

"I visited my uncle, who was at Mountain Villa for several months. Overall, I was impressed with the responsiveness and knowledge of the staff. It was clear that the same nurses and aides were looking after him on a daily basis, and because he has trouble with change in routines, this was extremely important. He liked to make jokes and be a bit flirty, and they would take his teasing and humor him. I think we all felt as though he was in good hands and that they kept tabs on him more than expected. They had more staff than I thought they would have for the size of the home.Mountain Villa did not strike me as being a very cutting edge home or particularly fancy. I was worried at first that it was low-tech, but it was clean and safe. I never observed any activity that worried me. I think what is most important is that the staff tries to make it feel like a community and tries to get to know the residents' personalities while they provide consistent care. They're also very accommodating with special requests for visitation. "

"My father was at The Center at Zaragoza for 20 days. It's a nice facility. It's about three years old, so everything is new and everything is clean. It seems very nice. But I think that my father regressed there. I think he was more mobile when he was in the hospital than when he got to the rehab there. I didn't have very high expectations, but I'm not at all pleased with what he received there. When I went to pick him up, I was handed a folder and then just said, 'Here you go. He's ready to go,' like there was no explanation, there was no talk about therapy, and what we could do at home. Literally nothing. They gave me a bag full of medications and a listing. I went through the listing before I left, and there were five medications that I was supposed to be coming home with that weren't sent. They didn't put them. There was no concern about whether he had his equipment or what equipment he would need before going home. There was no transition; there was no handoff. It was very transactional. My father had a private room. I didn't see any activities going on. I didn't see any sort of socializing. I was hoping for that because I felt like if he had socialized, it might have helped his recovery. But he was isolated in his room. If we didn't go and take him, like we go and ask him to get him into a wheelchair and then we would take him out, take him outside, and let the air hit him. But if we didn't do that, he would have just stayed in his room the entire time."

"Working through the complexites of Edlerly Care is/can be a difficult process. The staff was patient and helpful as we crossed each hurdle. The care for my MIL was wonderful, and within a couple weeks she looked better than she had in several years. Its an ongoing process, and we look forward to continue working with them giving my MIL the best life which she deserves for as long as we are blessed to have her."

Having to place my father in a nursing home was the hardest thing ever but i felt confident he was in great care there. The staff there at Ambrosio Guillen home are the best and really do care about their patients. "

"We toured Las Ventanas de Socorro, but then they told us that my friend didn't qualify because she could manage on her own. I liked it. It was really clean, and they were all very friendly and organized. I liked their physical therapy room. They had a lot of activities for the clients there. They have a church, and they have people go in and sing and dance. The staff received us well. They're very friendly. They answered all our questions. They were very helpful. The building was very attractive, clean, and very spacious. The rooms were also very clean."

"We brought my late Father here after two horrible experiences at Cambria and Desert Springs (see my other reviews). The staff at Franklin was wonderful and went to great lengths to care for my father who was in the late stages of Alzheimer's. This facility spent it's income on hiring quality workers instead of making the place look really nice. We should have had my father in this facility to begin with. I will always be eternally grateful to the staff at Franklin for the care my father received. "

"I toured White Acres. Everyone seemed happy there and seemed to like the accommodations that they had. The people that I spoke to seemed pretty nice. They have a lot of activities for the residents. The room was satisfactory. It was a little small to my liking, but not too bad. It seemed taken care of fairly decent. The staff was helpful and nice. I purchased some cookies that one of the residents was selling. I didn't look too much outside, it was more of the stuff on the inside, the accommodations, like the rec room, their game room, the TV room, and arts and crafts."

"My wife is in the Cimarron Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The place is nice, and she's been taken care of. She gets help with therapy and all that she needs is being provided for her. Overall, for what she needs and what she's getting right now, the place is excellent. The facilities are accessible and well-maintained. They have therapy, activities, they have three meals a day, and everything that she needs, she can get there."
