"We visited Bienvivir All-Inclusive. The staff member that accommodated us was more than helpful and told us all about our options. Even when we didn't ask a question, she would kind of give us information, like, "Oh by the way, we can talk about this and this." So I thought that was good. Their community is clean and very kept up; I didn't see anything out of place and I didn't see things sitting around. It's an active community with a lot of activities going on and they encourage participation."
