The rooms are good and the food is good,at times the food is cold. They are always understaffed and when I would press the call button nobody answers in a timely manner. The staff does alot of talking, laughing instead of doing their job. The staff also talks,treats the residents badly. I had to have a my brother call to have my cna to take me to the bathroom; wash me and my son had to call for the same issue on another day. The facility really needs to improve with alot of things inside and outside. This was my first time experience in a facility for Rehabilitation and it was my worst experience at Doctor Subacute Healthcare.

Neg stars horrible experience here expressed my concerns and got a bs apology everytime and still same things keep happening would never recommend this place to anyone NOT EVEN MY ENEMIES

I received good care from the nurses, social worker, aides, pt, ot. Everyone was caring and nice and I was able to reach whoever I needed assistance from. The transfer from the hospital and discharge home was effortless. They also ensured I had everything I needed to continue my recovery at home.

The CNAS are the Best especially 7-3...on both floors the one that stood out was Ms.Kejo Taylor she's a blessing....she.took care of my mother like she was her own mom....she went above and beyond for all her patients....im grateful to have crossed paths with this young lady....keep up the great work kejo...not only that keep your smile and humor.....thankyou again

Wonderful place for care. The staff is very compassionate and caring. They are consistent in feedback and updates about care of person. My aunt was here for about 2 months and my aunt loved it. I would recommend this facility they did very good care.

My mom stayed at Doctors Subacute Rehab (Doctors Subacute Care), and they were caring, friendly, courteous, respectful, and attentive. I thought they did a very good job. I was only able to see her room and her bathroom, and they were very clean. My mom wasn't eating, so 2 or 3 people would come, and they were able to get her to eat 2 spoonful each by everyone who visited. I would recommend them to others.
