"My brother attends this adult day care center and while it is not the first day care center it is by far the best one he has attended. They not only provide a caring committed and professional environment, but they also keep his Dr.s appointments as well as daily visits to stores and shopping centers. They also make them selves available to the family for questions and or feedback and often take calls after their shift has ended. Their nursing staff is very aware of the many different needs of each individual and keep up what I expect is a very demanding job without taking away from the client. I say this as I have had a few occasions where I needed to visit the center concerning my brothers care and or his behavior and they impressed me with how well they handled all that came their way. From the drivers to their floor staff to their counselors, they have a winning staff. Equally impressive is the hands on approach that is displayed by the owner as he seems to know clients by their first name and is there daily or so it seems. Again this is with out a doubt the best in the way of services and personal care and attention that I have yet to witness. I state these truths to try to help anyone that is looking for a reliable location to have their loved ones cared for in a real family like environment. "I was a patient at this facility for a phtysical therapy stay after I had a stroke. I found that this place was very nice. The therapy staff was fantastic. Dr pantagis was the best. There was a nurse doctor there too that helped me. The nurses were great. Some of the aides seemed tired alot. Other than that I would give this place a 5 star review. The food was ok. "

"I like Belleville Senior Health Services. They feed us, we do exercises, and we go shopping if we need to. The staff is very nice and everyone is welcome. They've got doctors on staff. I go there in the morning every day. If I had family and friends out here, I would recommend them. The people are very fine."

"My mother was a patient in the rehabilitaion center of Christian Health Care last year. We were very pleased with the care so we decided to visit the Nursing Home section of the facility. The facility is very pretty, the accomodations are very comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have a good variety of activites to participate in and the food service was much better than the typical large facility fare. Sadly my mother passed away before we had a need for nursing home care or we would have chosen Christian Health Care. "

"Bergen Regional staff was very, very kind. The coordinator, Maribel, was very, very polite. We didn't have any problems or any issues. However, I wouldn't recommend them for respite care. Maybe for a long-term care, but not for respite care. This was more of a hospitalization facility. "

"Transportation is really bad, the males do their jobs, but not the females, they don't like to get off the bus and constantly using their Mobil/ phones. No point complaining as they will say to you "we never had a complaint about such person" of course most of the clients are either too sick or too old, how can you expect them to complain, those that still one whole piece will never be treated that way. Also I called twice/ in different occasions of course, to the person who enrolled my mom/as it was kind of late, when we went there and she did not return my phone call not even a day after I called her. my mom left there last week and still my phone call was never returned. "

"My mother is a patient at the center. She raves about the care that she receives. From the timely transportation to the medical advice and assistance with doctor appointments to the nutritious food to the fun social activities. The staff goes above and beyond with their guidance and help when she is not feeling well. Making calls for her when there is a language barrier or when she requires assistance getting doctor appointments. The center affords her the opportunity to socialize with others and to continue to participate in a community atmosphere. My family and I are very appreciative of the staff and the care that provided to our mother. Their response to her request and their attention to her needs has been exceptional. I would highly recommend this center to anyone that has a loved one that is in need of assistance and care."

"Happy Days is located in the downtown area where everything is only like three blocks from city hall and Lincoln Park is right across. The citizens have a chance to get out and get some air in the park where the security can see them. If there are some functions going on in the summer time, they'll be able to enjoy in the park. If they don't have anyone to come and take them out, it's right across the street. There are ramps for patients who are not able to walk to the first stop light from the building. It's very convenient if you have a problem with getting around. The only thing is that Broad Street is a wide business street. It's a very nice building and it's high rise, maybe about 10 stories. They have nice facilities for the patients. They have a day care room. The living quarters and the hallway are very clean. It has good security in and out. The staff is very professional. They have activities for the residents and they also have a nurse on premises. If you have a medical problem, you're going to have to ring the bell and someone will be there waiting for you. Everything you need is right there. It's not a facility where they serve you. A lot of residents are able to cook their own food. My friend who lived there cooked. "
