My mother was there for rehabilitation for 3 days and then back to the hospital. She fell going to the bathroom her first night. The second day she text that she wasn’t going to her dialysis appt? Tried calling but no answer. Had to drive there to figure out that they didn’t have transportation set up. No one called us to let us know. Dialysis isn’t something that you just don’t take a person to. Day 3 she called my sister in the middle of the night confused. Took 30 minutes to get ahold of anyone to check on her. Day 4 She had delirium and they said we see that all the time so that is why we didn’t get a call about her confusion. We took her to the hospital for a severe UTI. How does someone get a severe UTI in 3 days after getting out of a hospital? They might be nice people, but clearly incompetent. So we are back in the hospital and it will take 2 days to get any records of what happened there. What meds she was given, how did she eat, what OT or PT did she do? It’s been 5 days and we still don’t know what happened to her there. I literally wouldn’t take my enemies dog there.

My husband was in need of skilled nursing once leaving the hospital. Judy W from the facility came to the hospital to visit with us and give us information and answer our questions we had about the transition to a skilled nursing facility. She was very helpful to both my husband and myself with the move both before and after arriving at the facility. We both were very impressed with Judy as she was very professional at all times. I'm looking forward to working with her during my husband's stay.

All the staff have been so great of taking care of me I appreciate everyone. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends.

My sister is in Life Care Center of Omaha. I like the general care and therepy. They are pretty much one-on-one. The staff is very helpful and kind and treat them as individuals.
