My stepfather is now at Oxford Health and Rehab Center. It's a great place. He said he likes their food, and everybody is nice to him and everything. His room is kind of small, but it serves the purpose. He is bedridden, and he's pretty much not able to do anything, so they kind of work with him a little bit. He plays bingo there. They have a kitchen area with dining tables and stuff, and that's where they play bingo and all that. They also have a bus, and they take them for medical appointments. The building is kept up. The staff is great. They answer your questions, and they help you out if you need anything. Communication has been good.

My brother-in-law was moved to Graceland Care Ctr. The staff were really nice, I liked them. But the administration seemed inflexible. It was a nice place but they were not equipped to handle Alzheimer's patients, so I would not recommend them as an Alzheimer's facility. I think for what they did, they were good but it was not accommodating for his condition.
