I love New Perspective North Shore. It was brand-new when my aunt moved in, so there had been nobody in her room. She moved first into a room where they provide more care for her, so there's just a bedroom and a bathroom, but she's given round-the-clock care for her since then she was able to get better and was able to move into the assisted living facility and live by herself. The facilities are awesome, they have a doctor onsite, they do physical therapy there, and you can get your hair and nails done there. The lunches are awesome, they have coffee place, and they just have everything you need. The staff is always friendly, they're always assisting and asking, "Do you need anything?" or, "Can I get you anything?" They know their people. Even the residents that stay there are friendly to everyone; they're a family there. I just love the way they run the community. My aunt had swimming lessons there, they have a game night, there's a movie room, and they also have an art class where they draw and so on. The cooking class, which is like a big kitchen, is like a dream kitchen, it's so nice, they make desserts and bake there. They take the residents once a week to Walgreens, they have a van or short bus, and they take the residents when they need to go grocery shopping.
