LakeHouse Three Rivers

I toured the assisted living facility of LakeHouse Three Rivers for my mother. I liked how it was nice and open with open rooms. A lot of places you go to have a lot of small rooms, but this was nice and open, so everyone can fit together. It was clean and well-kept. I liked how the nurses and the med passers interacted with the residents. From what I could tell, they were very nice and kind. I know they have housekeeping, meals, med-passing, and help with daily living like showering, getting dressed, and that kind of thing. There were two ladies there who ran the place, and they were constantly calling me and asking me questions about what they could do. They're generally concerned about what my mother likes or doesn't like, so I appreciated that. They were amazing and very accommodating to my schedule. They answered all my questions and concerns, and even gave me papers that went into detail about things we talked about. There was no guessing on my part; I knew exactly where they stood and everything, so that's nice. The facility was beautiful. It was like a family home, so it was very comfortable and very cozy with all the pillows on the couches. It also didn't smell like urine. A lot of places I went to smelled, but this one was clean, and that really makes a difference.

The people here were very attentive and helpful. If it doesn't work out with the other facility, this is where we want to go. The place was very friendly and clean.

It was very clean. A lot of people had their doors open, and everything was clean and smelled nicely. The people were incredibly nice. It was a quiet neighborhood. I liked the whole setup of it. They don't have a nursing home, but they will keep you until the end. The staff has been in constant contact with my relative and with me too. I liked it so well and it was convenient, so I didn't go any place else.
