Over all care was very good and nursing staff was very good. However, the social worker was given my new home telephone number and never passed it on to the nursing staff. Eventhough they had my work number and my cell phone number, I was the last family member to know my husband had passed away. Mistakes happen but this was very hurtful to me and his two youngest children as we were the ones who cared for him until he had to go into Schnepps for 24 hour care.
