I have a good friend in this facility. The building is clean and has some very nice visiting areas. The rooms are typical 2 bed rooms with 1 by the window and 1 closer to the door. The staff is very good and friendly. She recently had a a serious surgery on her neck and the staff has been very attentive to her needs.

Been trying to call for 2 days now, and there's been no answer at all. The phone just rings and rings. My brother is there, and I want to know how he is and would like to talk to him. He was calling me about every night and now not a word from him.. I live in Pa., so I need to know how he is. Why don't you answer your phone? Very upsetting.

After being discharged from the hospital, my mother-in-law had gone into Marshall Nursing and Rehabilitation Community for her rehab. She was there for about 21 days. It was like a hospital and it wasn't pleasant. One of the biggest things that I didn't like was, each bedroom was set up for two people and one of the bed was by the window and one of the bed was in front of the room where there was no window and I just didn't like it at all. If they would remodel it wherein each of the persons had portion of the window, then I would like it better. But it seemed clean enough. They had visiting rooms and things that were set up in a nice and cheerful way. The rest of it was pleasant enough. We didn't eat there, but we were in the dining room when the residents were eating and I thought the dining area was comfortable enough. However, there was no emotion support. There we some who tried, but the staff was busy and they had enough duties that they don't have time to socialize.
