The staff at Gross Assisted Living was very friendly, very sweet, and very adequate. The rooms were nice and clean. Their dining room was set up with just a big dining room table just like with the other facility. Security was nice. There were a lot of rooms, and the security was nice and safe. The facility was nice, and the staff was nice.
