Takes too long for help to respond when senior pushes help button … can take them an hour to hour and a half to respond to someone that has to use the bathroom !! No one that pays almost $5,000 a month should ever pee their pants there … unacceptable! Some of the workers are pretty good … some not so much … seem to be understaffed and under qualified. The building is very nice and rooms pretty good … too bad the staffing and care doesn’t match:
