"I was visiting my Grandma and very impressed by the way the staff interacted with residents. The staff didn’t know I was even listening. Kathy gave my Grandma her medication and was so kind and knowledgeable. The building smells good and is clean. I liked that the other patient’s and the staff all looked happy. My Grandma says she loves the activities, food, and how everyone makes her feel like she is the most important. "

"My mom has moved in. We have chosen this one because when we walked in, it was peaceful, it was quiet, and there were not a lot of people moaning, groaning, and yelling. It was just a nice, quiet atmosphere. The staff is good. My mom likes the meals, and they're really good. Right now, they don't have her in any activities because she can't stand up."

"I personally want to extend my thanks to the management and all the Care Aide staff members for making my wife's 83rd birthday a very special day at your facility. My thanks to the staff who decorated the dining room with birthday banners, birthday signs, and birthday hats to make this an even more special day for my wife. I also wanted to thank the staff for the hospitality that they gave to my family members who attended this special day. I understand that several of the Care Aide(s) bought a birthday cake as well as a gift for her out of their own money, to make this birthday an even better special day. I also wanted to note that during the 10 months my wife has been a resident here, the other residents who had a birthday all received the same type of support and care for their special day as my wife did, which clearly demonstrates the level of everyday compassionate care you have for all the residents in your care 24/7."

"Pioneer Golden Estates was probably the best place I looked at. The people who gave us the tour were absolutely fabulous. The rooms were very nice, clean, and roomy. The public areas were fantastic and it looked like they have a lot of activities for everybody. They have menus, snacks, and sitting areas outside and inside. There's nothing negative I have to say about the place."

"My mother-in-law has moved in. We chose it because it was small and close to home. The cleanliness and upkeep are very good. They do games, bingo, crafts, and nails. I did not try the food, but my mother-in-law said it was very good. Their staff are wonderful. They have a beauty salon. I don't think they have an exercise room."
