I personally want to extend my thanks to the management and all the Care Aide staff members for making my wife's 83rd birthday a very special day at your facility. My thanks to the staff who decorated the dining room with birthday banners, birthday signs, and birthday hats to make this an even more special day for my wife. I also wanted to thank the staff for the hospitality that they gave to my family members who attended this special day. I understand that several of the Care Aide(s) bought a birthday cake as well as a gift for her out of their own money, to make this birthday an even better special day. On behalf of myself and my family, thank you again for the compassionate care and love you gave my wife not only on this special day, but all the days she is in your care. I also wanted to note that during the 10 months my wife has been a resident here, the other residents who had a birthday all received the same type of support and care for their special day as my wife did, which clearly demonstrates the level of everyday compassionate care you have for all the residents in your care 24/7.

My wife is currently a resident here and during the 3+ months of her living here I was able to spend about 4 hours a day with her. During the time I am with my wife, I was able to observe the operation here. What I found was a very professional run and managed Assisted Living facility. From the owner, the manager to all the Care Aide staff members and let us not forget the chef who prepares all those excellent delicious meals every day whose first concern is the residents well being. What I mean by that is they all work together to provide the loving and the highest professional care that every resident who resides here requires. So if you are in need of an Assisted Living and MemoryCare facility for a loved one you must consider Coleman Coleman Fields Assisted Living and Memory Care facility for them. I did and I am very happy that I did make the very best loving and safe care which they offer here.

Horrible place to trust your loved ones with. They provide no services. No activities. They promise the world, but deliver nothing. They let your loved one sit in their room with no interaction 24/7. The manager lies to your face and talks poorly about staff. They don’t clean the residents rooms, wash laundry or change bedding unless they know you are coming to cover up their lack of care. Do NOT send your loved here!!

My father-in-law is living in Coleman Fields. We picked it for him as it's smaller and had less people, and it's perfect for him since he is not a people person. My father-in-law has a studio apartment that has more than enough room. The dining room is very nice, spcacious, and the kitchen staff is just outstanding and accommodating. They could use a few more activities though. If my father-in-law doesn’t like something they'd fix him something different.
