The Jefferson is specifically designed and built for people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. This brand new home features ten spacious private bedrooms, three ADA bathrooms, and elegantly appointed common areas that serve as warm, welcoming spaces for residents to relax and entertain. Our team of professional caregivers includes a Registered Nurse who serves as our Wellness Coordinator, LPN’s that manage Medication Administration, a House Manager dedicated solely to Beau Maison, an Activities Coordinator, and a caring, experienced team of CNA’s. Through amenities exclusive to The Jefferson that include our celebrated Music Therapy program & our on-site chapel, we ensure a unique experience that is catered to your individual needs- right in the comfort of your own home.
