Jefferson Healthcare was very nice and had a homey atmosphere and nice people. The attitude of the people and the people who work there gave it a family-like atmosphere.

Somebody I know is a resident of Jefferson Healthcare Center. It's alright, it's not anything special. I don't find them responsive. They need to improve on their response time and offer their personnel training. I can't speak much to the amenities, except to say that they have a lovely outdoor atrium, which is secure, very well maintained, and enjoyed by those who go out there. There are two beds in in her room, divided by a curtain. Also, a curtain can close her off from the hallway view. She just got moved to this room. She said the light wasn't bright enough.

The staff at Jefferson Healthcare is very attentive. I'm very pleased with my dad's doctor. I have nothing but good comments to make about this place. I would rate the staff and the CNAs a 5. Most nursing homes are really small and I would prefer the room to be larger, but I cannot afford it. I only visited for a short time, but I am very pleased with the staff.
